Indongo Toyota Windhoek has a new position available for 2x Vehicle Registration Agents.

The role of the vehicle registration agent is to act as intermediary between the dealership and Natis. To facilitate and simplify the registration and licensing process. To manage the registration procedure and ensure minimal delays and smooth progress of applications.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Conduct vehicle registrations at Natis
• Prepare and submit all necessary forms and documents required
• Handle ownership transfers and ensure the process is legal and seamless
• Ensure compliance: Verify that vehicles have all mandatory certificates and border documents
• Obtain Police Clearance certificates and facilitate roadworthiness testing
• Facilitate the printing and issuance of number plates
• Responsible for renewals of temporary permits
• Minimize delays by handling bureaucratic procedures
• Any related tasks assigned from time to time

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 10 Certificate
• A valid Code B driver’s license
• 2 Years related working experience.
• Police Clearance Compulsory
