Indongo Toyota Okahandja has a new position available as a Finance and Insurance Consultant.

The Finance & Insurance Consultant is responsible for providing customers with competitive vehicle financing, insurance, and value-added products to enhance their purchasing experience. The role involves optimizing dealer incentives from banks, ensuring targets are met, processing accurate and timely applications, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The consultant plays a pivotal role in the financial and administrative aspects of vehicle sales, contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Present and explain a range of Finance and Value-Added Products.
• Assist customers with vehicle finance applications and insurance.
• Advise customers on various Insurance options to protect their new vehicle.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance companies.
• Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to compliance standards.
• Manage and comply with all FIC/FIA reporting and control processes and procedures.
• Ad hoc admin and finance tasks if and when required.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, Motodata will be an added advantage)
• Namfisa accreditation will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in sales and administration preferably within the financial or motor industry.
