Indongo Toyota Otjiwarongo has an opportunity for a Parts Manager.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Meet targets, expand and grow market share and maximize profit
• Achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Liaise with Dealer Principal and Departmental Managers and staff to drive top results
• Continuous communication with staff to ensure optimum service levels and outputs
• Perform month end processes
• Daily, Monthly and Annual Reporting
• Lead, develop and manage parts team to achieve targets and goals
• Promoting and encouraging strategies to enhance selling strategies for parts department

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12.
• Computer literate (Microsoft office, E-Toyota , EPC & Motodata)
• Toyota franchises experience will be advantageous
• At least 3 years’ experience in this field
• Language proficiency.
• Management/leadership qualifications will be advantageous
• Drivers Licence is compulsory
