Indongo Hino Windhoek has an opportunity for an experienced Junior Sales Executive.

HINO INDONGO, a leading truck dealership in Namibia, is seeking to appoint a TRUCK SALES EXECUTIVE at its dealership in Windhoek. To sell New and Used trucks and related services to customers, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Responsible for recruiting new clients and retaining existing clients
  • Liaise with financial institutions and clients for approval and payments
  • Drive and promote Hino marketing range
  • Responsible for monthly reporting
  • Achieve CE and targets as per HINO and Indongo Automotive group standards
  • Comply with all FIC and FIA admin regulations
  • Any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales drive
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Adhere to group franchise standards
  • Energetic and Passionate

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Valid Code B driver’s license compulsory
  • Code CE is a strong advantage
  • At least 2 years’ sales experience
