Indongo Toyota is seeking to fill the position of Diagnostic Technician at our dealership in Ongwediva.

Part of our Dealer Operations is to achieve zero Guest comebacks through the Hino Customer Service Workshop Management Program. To achieve these goals the following position is available to diagnose, service and repair all Hino trucks.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Accurately and promptly identify faults - First Time Right
• Complete Pre-diagnostic questionnaire as per required standards
• Repair trucks as per diagnostic questionnaire
• Minimize Comebacks, ensure Customer Satisfaction and Retention
• Adhere to Hino Service and Repair schedules
• Record future repairs and servicing requirements
• Maintain CE index percentages as per required standards
• Accept responsibility for transfer of skills to apprentices/learners.
• Any related tasks if, and when required
